Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on slotplus. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the name, email address, device, or payment method used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all such accounts being suspended and their balances forfeited without compensation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your slotplus username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You agree to notify slotplus support immediately upon discovery of any unauthorized access to your account. slotplus is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain account security.
Your slotplus account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or pledged to any third party. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account termination.
slotplus is required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering law to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

slotplus aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24 to 72 hours of receiving complete documentation. During periods of high volume, verification may take up to five (5) business days. Withdrawal requests are held pending until verification is approved.
If you fail to provide sufficient documentation within the timeframe requested by slotplus, or if submitted documents cannot be verified, slotplus reserves the right to restrict account functionality, including suspending withdrawal privileges, until satisfactory verification is achieved.
slotplus accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, and other payment methods listed on the Cashier page of the platform. The minimum deposit amount is ₱300.00 (Philippine Pesos). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier and are displayed at the point of deposit.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your slotplus wallet instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 15 to 60 minutes but may take up to 24 hours during weekends or public holidays.
Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties are prohibited and will be reversed to the originating account. Repeat violations of this rule may result in account suspension.
All deposits and account balances on slotplus are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). No currency conversion fees are applied by slotplus; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own fees for transactions.
Withdrawal of funds from your slotplus account is subject to identity verification, active bonus wagering completion, and compliance with these Terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00.
GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within 1 to 3 business hours during operational periods, and within 24 hours during weekends or public holidays.
For anti-money laundering compliance purposes, withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value, unless an alternative withdrawal method is specifically approved by slotplus compliance staff following a formal request.
Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply and vary by account tier. High-volume withdrawal requests may be subject to additional review. VIP players may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits by contacting their dedicated account manager.
An account is considered inactive if no login activity has occurred for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. After this period, slotplus reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ₱200 to the inactive balance, continuing until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of inactivity fees.
slotplus may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, free rounds, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion. General bonus conditions are set out below.
Unless otherwise stated on the specific promotion page, bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are applied to the bonus amount only, unless the bonus is credited as a combined deposit-match, in which case requirements may apply to the combined total.

Unclaimed bonuses expire 7 days from the date of offer. Active bonuses expire 30 days from the date of crediting unless a different expiry period is stated in the specific promotion terms.
All games available on the slotplus platform operate using certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology for non-live games, and are supplied by licensed game providers who undergo independent third-party fairness audits. The published Return to Player ("RTP") for each game is accurate as provided by the game supplier.
Live dealer games are streamed from professionally operated studios using multiple camera feeds. All live dealer game rounds are recorded and stored. In the event of a technical malfunction during a live game, the round will be voided and all wagers returned to players. slotplus's determination regarding technical malfunctions is final.

You may also close your slotplus account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team via live chat. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within 5 business days, provided KYC verification is complete and no outstanding investigations are pending.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including without limitation the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), and all applicable gaming regulations issued by PAGCOR.
In the event of a dispute between you and slotplus, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team via live chat. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may submit the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process. Both parties agree to cooperate fully with any such process.
slotplus may amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms to this page. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. For material changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will endeavor to provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the slotplus platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.
